Following each client visit or prospect contact, the salesperson records relevant details in the system, specifying the activity type, associated branch or sales territory, company and contact information, along with additional notes as needed. The platform then automatically composes and dispatches an email containing this information to a designated recipient.

This email, formatted for clarity and uniformity, enables sales managers and team members to efficiently review daily activity summaries. The straightforward presentation facilitates quick assessment by salesperson, branch, or territory, often rendering further analysis unnecessary for routine monitoring.

For organizations requiring comprehensive reporting and analytical capabilities, we offer a complimentary PHP web application that periodically retrieves these activity emails from the server and imports them into a SQL Server database. This integration simplifies data aggregation, reporting, and in-depth analysis across sales activities.

Implementation workflow typically involves the salesperson documenting activities via an iPad application post-visit. They select options indicating the nature of the activity (such as customer visit), specify the sales territory, input client and contact details, and add any pertinent notes. Upon completion, pressing the send button transmits the information to a dedicated email address configured solely for DSI Wassup activities. The salesperson then proceeds to their next scheduled call.

Meanwhile, at headquarters, sales managers can monitor this dedicated email account in real time to observe ongoing updates from field staff. At week's end, they can organize received emails by salesperson or other criteria to generate concise summaries of weekly performance.
